Description
Over a period of time your skin naturally exfoliates itself, but as we get older this process slows down and we develop a thicker Saturn Corneum (outer layer of dead skin). The Silhouette Microdermabrasion machine gently abrades this layer, by peeling away the dead skin cells using aluminium oxide crystal. The microdermabrasion crystals are applied to the skin at pressure using a vacuum to apply either a deep or gentle exfoliation to the skin depending on your client's needs. Once the dead skin cells are abraded away they are removed via vacuum suction along with the crystal into a sealed, filtered waste container. Collagen production is also stimulated as a result of this microdermabrasion machines exfoliation treatment and the vacuum suction, making fine lines appear reduced and giving the skin a softer, suppler feel.
